Choose this option if you have previously had a consult with ADE and are returning for another one.

A consultation with ADE includes:

• Up to one hour of phone consultation with Liz. (To be scheduled upon completion of check out.)
• An individualized curriculum plan prepared for your family. (The amount of time varies based on the size of your family and can take between 1/2 – 1 1/2 hours in addition to the time spent on the phone.)

By selecting this option, you are paying a $60.00 deposit towards the first hour of your consult. Upon completion of your plan, you will receive an invoice for the balance at a rate of $30.00 per half hour for the remaining time, if any, spent on the phone and developing your curriculum plan. If, after reserving your consultation, you decide to cancel, your deposit is refundable for 7 days after making payment. All deposits made will be applied to an appointment within 12 months of payment. 

Please watch for an emailed receipt, in which you will be provided with a link to complete the family background form. Upon completion of that form, you will be provided with a link to schedule your phone consultation. Your appointment will not be confirmed until we have received both the background form and appointment time from you.
